GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION

  • Orders are fulfilled from our global distribution network based on your location.
  • Distribution centers are strategically located in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia to provide efficient delivery worldwide.
  • Your order will automatically be routed to the most efficient distribution center based on your shipping address.

PROCESSING TIMES

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend to 3-5 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. During checkout, after entering your shipping address, you will be presented with available shipping options and their associated costs.

General delivery estimates by region:

  • Local Region Delivery: 3-7 business days
  • Cross-Continental Delivery: 5-12 business days
  • Intercontinental Delivery: 7-14 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and not guarantees. Delivery can be much quicker than noted above, though actual delivery times may vary based on customs processing, local postal services, and other factors beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Most orders ship from regional warehouses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia. For customers within these regions, no customs duties or import taxes are charged, since orders are fulfilled locally.
  • Customers outside our fulfillment regions (or in countries with independent customs rules, such as Norway, Switzerland, and certain parts of Asia, Africa, or South America) may be responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country of residence.
  • These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are collected directly by your country’s customs authority.
  • Customs rules vary by country and order value. We cannot estimate or control these charges.
  • Orders refused due to unpaid duties or local import restrictions will be returned to us at the customer’s expense and are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.

International Shipping Considerations

  • We ship to most countries worldwide where legally permitted.
  • The estimated delivery times for international shipments do not include potential customs delays.
  • Some countries may have restrictions or regulations concerning survival guides and the content within them. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws before ordering.

ORDER TRACKING

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
  • You can track your package on our website by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
  • International tracking information may be limited once the package leaves the originating country.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

  • All orders include basic insurance to cover lost or damaged packages during transit.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Lost Packages

  • A package is considered lost after:
    • 7 business days past the estimated delivery date for domestic shipments
    • 30 business days past the estimated delivery date for international shipments
  • Please contact us if you believe your package is lost, and we will initiate a trace with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and contents.
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with the photos and order information.

ADDRESS CHANGES

  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order:
    • Contact us immediately at support@beyondthefall.com
    • Include your order number and the correct address
    • Address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet shipped
