
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work across our global fulfillment network.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Unwanted returns will incur a 15 percent restocking fee to offset the fulfillment and processing costs associated with your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned exactly as it was delivered, including all packaging layers.
This means:
1. The book must remain sealed in its original shrink wrap.
If the shrink wrap is removed, torn, or tampered with, the return is not eligible.
2. All original packaging must be included and returned the same way it was delivered.
The book must be inside the intact product box, and that product box must be placed back inside the outer shipping carton (or an equivalent protective carton approved by support).
Items returned without proper protective packaging will be declined.
We also accept returns for:
- items that arrived damaged or defective
- incorrect items received
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Once the refund has been processed, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the credit to hit your account.
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages
If an order is returned to us due to:
- refusal of delivery
- unpaid customs fees (in non-covered regions)
- incorrect address
- failure to collect the package
The refund will be processed minus return shipping charges and a 15 percent restocking fee.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days
- Include photos of the damage and all packaging
If these conditions are met, we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or unwrapped books
- Damaged or incomplete packaging (i.e. not returning in original or approved by support packaging.)
- Digital products
- Gift cards
- Items marked “final sale”
